Kip Smith
President
Kip oversees the development and implementation of project content. With more than 20 years of agency experience as writer, account executive, and creative director, Kip’s insightful creativity and extensive knowledge of communication technologies includes virtually all media formats. His television productions have earned national recognition, including a nomination for the coveted Ace Award.
Kip studied at Richmond College in Surrey, England, Central Virginia Community College, and Lynchburg College. He brings his conceptual, copywriting, and presentation skills into play for a full range of projects.
Jennifer Markham
Office Manager
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management from Longwood, and brings skills in resource planning and financial administration.

Art Director
Kyle joined the Blair staff after relocating to Lynchburg from the Columbus metro area — and brought with him more than five years of experience in graphic design for such major accounts as J.P. Morgan Chase, Red Lobster, and Nestle Brands (including Butterfinger, Crunch, Stouffer’s, Toll House and Lean Cuisine).

A remarkably versatile member of our team, Danielle is a tremendous asset on our web design and development team and uses her versatility on graphic design, branding, and copywriting projects. Danielle holds an M.A. in Strategic Communication from Liberty University and worked in Florida before bringing her marketing experience back home to Virginia.
