Kip oversees the development and implementation of project content. With more than 20 years of agency experience as writer, account executive, and creative director, Kip’s insightful creativity and extensive knowledge of communication technologies includes virtually all media formats. His television productions have earned national recognition, including a nomination for the coveted Ace Award.
Kip studied at Richmond College in Surrey, England, Central Virginia Community College, and Lynchburg College. He brings his conceptual, copywriting, and presentation skills into play for a full range of projects.
An award-winning designer, Josh has created many effective designs for a variety of marketing communications tools. Josh is equally proficient at back-end web development tasks, including programming and database operations…as well as the rapidly evolving field of social media. With more than 20 years of experience in both new media and collateral design projects, Josh can knowledgeably guide clients through both the visual and the technical aspects of communications and marketing.
Just as importantly, Josh is also a strategic thinker who can help your business be confident that all materials are working in concert to accomplish the overall communications, branding, and marketing goals.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management from Longwood, and brings skills in resource planning and financial administration.
Kyle joined the Blair staff after relocating to Lynchburg from the Columbus metro area — and brought with him more than five years of experience in graphic design for such major accounts as J.P. Morgan Chase, Red Lobster, and Nestle Brands (including Butterfinger, Crunch, Stouffer’s, Toll House and Lean Cuisine).
Sam joined Blair in 2016 and is a recent graduate of Liberty University earning a BS in Communications. She is a talented graphic designer and applies her skills in both print and online media.
